Rates: Prices are per night based on
two people to a suite and include breakfast and complimentary late afternoon light refreshments including wine and cheese.
Rates are effective 5/01/07 through 10/31/08 and are subject to change. Rates do not include tax. See "View our Suites & Rates" for all prices.
Rates/Minimum stay requirements may be higher/longer on certain Holidays and special events.

| Midweek Discounts: Stay with
us two midweek nights, Sunday through Thursday, and receive a 10% reduction
during the months of November through April. Ask for "Winter Midweek Discount" when making reservation. Does not include Holidays or Holiday long Weekends.

Deposits and Cancellations:
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks. A $25 cancellation fee will be taken on all cancellations made fourteen days or more prior to arrival and can be applied to any future reservation. Should you cancel fourteen days or less before arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the stay unless we are able to resell your suite. If we are able to resell your suite there will be a $25 processing fee. Rates are subject to change.

Take 35 (past downtown Duluth, under the tunnels) to
the Exit #258 21st Avenue East. Turn left and drive up the hill 4 blocks to Superior
Street. Go right to 24th Avenue, take a left one block to East First Street
- take a left, you are on our now on our block. We are on the corner -
you can't miss it - Red brick mansion with white columns and a black wrought iron
fence. Ring both front door bells. 2316 East 1st Street.

Sumptuous Breakfasts
 Wake up to our selection of
coffees, teas, hot chocolates and hot ciders. Next, a hot sumptuous breakfast will be served in
our dining rooms at 9am. Our morning tables are set with crystal, fine china, silver, fresh flowers and are candlelit for
your enjoyment. Or, if you prefer, a continental tray can be delivered to your suite anytime between 8:00am - 9:30am.
The Olcott House is located in
Duluth's historic East End Mansion District, just five blocks above Lake Superior and minutes
from Duluth's attractions and the beautiful North Shore. Don't miss the Lakewalk, the Harbor and Aerial Lift Bridge, the Rose
Gardens, Canal Park, Glensheen Mansion, the Depot Museum, Enger Tower, Gooseberry Falls, Split Rock Light House and miles of
incredible hiking, biking and skiing trails.
